Worked with DC’s Vacant to Vibrant program to build a brand new 2 unit condo building on a vacant lot. Nearly 4,000 square feet on 3 levels plus the cellar. Large light filled units with the lower unit being sold subject to the Vacant to Vibrant pricing schedule of 120% MFI. We were one of the first projects of over 50 to deliver.

Stunning full gut renovation of a large 20 foot wide row home. 25 foot, 3 level addition on three levels, bring the total square footage of the single family home to nearly 4000. Incredible upper level living room which opened onto a roof deck with amazing views of the Washington Monument. Sold for on of the highest prices in LeDroit Park.
